Toyo Tire USA Corp recalls 69,000 tires
The tires are being recalled due to a kink near the rim area that could cause a crack and lead to tire failure. Only tires made from their plant in Georgia are affected. If tires note "made in Japan" or " made in China" the tires are not affected by the recall. ID numbers on the tires range from 3809 to 4410. The company will replace tires at no charge before May 31.

Toyota Motor Corp won a dismissal of cases accident victims and their families were trying to reopen after a former lawyer for Toyota acknowledge hiding evidence in rollover cases. The ex-in-house attorney for Toyota claimed the company hid evidence in 300 lawsuits.

The drywall made by National Gypsum is alleged to have emitted a foul odor as well as damage several household appliances.
